Our Background
DisplayCore AI operates within Aperture Venture Studio, with support from GAO, an organization with a two-decade history in industrial IoT deployment. That history includes thousands of IoT customer engagements and thousands of completed IoT projects spanning display manufacturing and adjacent electronics production environments. DisplayCore AI’s approach to personnel tracking, access governance, asset intelligence, inventory optimization, and traceability draws directly on lessons learned across those deployments, rather than starting from a generic manufacturing tracking template.
How We Build
R&D investment
Significant ongoing investment in research and development keeps DisplayCore AI’s AI models and IoT integration capabilities current with changes in display fab equipment, wireless standards, and process requirements.
Quality assurance
Structured quality assurance processes govern how new AI models and software updates are validated before deployment to production environments.
Expert support
Technical support is available both remotely and onsite for facilities implementing tracking, access, or traceability systems for the first time.
Leadership
The organization is headed by Ph.D. professionals from leading universities, bringing academic rigor to the design of AI models used across personnel, asset, and process tracking functions.
Who We Have Worked With
DisplayCore AI’s parent organization has attracted investment, technical talent, and strategic partners over the course of its development, and has supported deployments across a range of demanding operating environments, including:
Our Approach to Display Manufacturing
Display fabs operate under conditions that general manufacturing tracking systems are not built to handle: strict cleanroom classification requirements, extremely high-value reticles and photomasks, and genealogy requirements spanning dozens of process steps from glass cutting through module assembly. DisplayCore AI’s engineering team designed its AI models, IoT software, and edge integration system specifically around these conditions, working from real fab data and deployment scenarios rather than adapting a general-purpose industrial tracking product.
This background informs every function area on this site, from personnel tracking intelligence and access governance through asset intelligence, inventory optimization, and WIP traceability, all built to operate reliably within the cleanroom, ESD, and genealogy requirements specific to LCD and OLED display manufacturing.
